Swapmeet & Fleamarket

Swapmeet operates on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Gates open at 6:00 a.m.

Selling Buildings

Selling buildings are 14' x 20' and range from $175.00 per month to $235.00 per month (depending on location) plus a security deposit equal to monthly rent rate.

Selling Spaces

Selling Spaces are about 12' x 17' plus vehicle parking space and rent for FREE on Friday, $5.00 on Saturday and $15.00 on Sunday. Spaces are rented on a first-come first-served basis, with no reservations unless you sell on Saturday.

Workshops & Storage

Storage/Workshop buildings are about 14' x 20' and are $160.00 per month to $200.00 per month, depending on location. There is a surcharge for excessive electricity usage.

Permits

All vendors must have applicable permits and licenses. Vendors selling used merchandise may sell two times in a twelve month period. Vendors selling new merchandise and vendors selling used merchandise more than two times in a twelve month period must have a valid Sellers Permit from the State Board of Equalization and a Business License from San Luis Obispo County.

Food Vendors

All persons wanting to sell any type of food product must get prior approval from our office before obtaining permits from the county.
